ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଗସିପ୍ ବ୍ୟୁରୋ: ଆସନ୍ତା ସୋମବାରଠାରୁ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ରାଜ୍ୟ ସଡକ ପରିବହନ ନିଗମ ୬୬ଟି ରୁଟ୍‌ରେ ବସ ସେବା ପ୍ରଥମ ପଯ୍ୟାୟରେ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରୁଛି ।

ଏହିପରିପ୍ରେକ୍ଷୀରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟପରିଚାଳନା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଅରୁଣ ବୋଥ୍ରା କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ, ଆମେ ଆମର ନିତିଦିନିଆ ସର୍ବସାଧାରଣଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ବସ ସେବା ୯୬ଟି ବସ୍‌କୁ ନେଇ ଆସନ୍ତା ସୋମବାରଠାରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରୁଛୁ । ଏହା ରାଜ୍ୟର ୨୨ଟି ସହରକୁ ରାଜଧାନୀ ସହିତ ଯୋଡିବ । ପଯ୍ୟାୟକ୍ରମରେ ଆମେ ଅଧିକାରୁ ଅଧିକା ରୁଟ୍‌ରେ ଅଧିକା ବସସେବା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିବୁ ।

ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ, ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଆମେ ଅତିଥି ଶ୍ରମିକମାନଙ୍କର ନେବାଆଣିବା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ନିୟୋଜିତ ଥିଲୁ । ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଅଧିକାରୀମାନଙ୍କ ଅନୁରୋଧ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଆମେ ବସ ଚଲାଇଥିଲୁ ।

“ସମୁଦାୟ ୪୪୦ଟି ବସ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ୭୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ବସ ଅତିଥି ଶ୍ରମିକମାନଙ୍କ ସେବାରେ ନିୟୋଜିତ ଥିଲା । ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସେହି କାମ ପ୍ରାୟତ ସରିଆସିଥିବାରୁ ଏବଂ ଏତିକି ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସର୍ବସାଧାରଣଙ୍କ ତରଫରୁ ବସ ସେବା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିବା ଅନୁରୋଧକୁ ରଖିବାପାଇଁ ଆମପାଖରେ ବାକିଥିବା ବସକୁ ସୋମବାରଠାରୁ ସାଧାରଣ ସେବାରେ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରାଯାଉଛି” ବୋଲି ଶ୍ରୀ ବୋଥ୍ରା କହିଥିଲେ ।

ସେ ଆହୁରି ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ କରିଥିଲେ ଯେ, ମାସ୍କ ପିନ୍ଧିବା ପାଇଁ ସମସ୍ତ ଯାତ୍ରୀ ବାଧ୍ୟ ଏବଂ ବିନା ମାସ୍କରେ ଯାତ୍ରା କରିବାକୁ ଦିଆଯିବ ନାହିଁ । ସେଭଳି କୌଣସି ଯାତ୍ରୀ ଯାତ୍ରା ସମୟରେ ଠିଆହୋଇ ଯାଇପାରିବେନାହିଁ । ବିନା ମାସ୍କରେ ବସରେ ଚଢିବା ମନା ।

ଜନସାଧାରଣ ଓ ବସକର୍ମଚାରୀମାନଙ୍କ ସୁରକ୍ଷାକୁ ପ୍ରାଥମିକତା ଦେଇ ଏଭଳି ନିଷ୍ପତି ନିଆଯାଇଛି । ଜରୁରୀକାଳିନ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ନଥିଲେ ବସରେ ଯାତ୍ରା କରନ୍ତୁ ନାହିଁ ଓ ବସଷ୍ଟାଣ୍ଡରେ ବସରେ ଚଙ୍ଘିବା ସମୟରେ ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ଭାବରେ ସାମାଜିକ ଦୂରତା ରକ୍ଷା କରନ୍ତୁ ।

ବସମାନଙ୍କର ବିଶୋଧନପାଇଁ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରାଯାଇଛି । ନିମ୍ନରେ ବସରୁଟ୍ ସମ୍ବଦ୍ଧୀୟ ସୁଚନା ଦିଆଯାଇଛି ।
